Customer Service:
River Valley Mall's Customer Service center is located in the mall office between JC Penney and the Social Security Office. It is open Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm; Saturday, 12pm-6pm; and closed on Sunday, and our trained associates will answer your questions about the mall. We want your shopping experience to be pleasant, convenient and memorable - each and every time. That's why we offer services and amenities you can really use.
